When you purchase a Scottish Fold or Munchkin kitten from us, you can rest assured that your new companion comes from healthy, well cared for bloodlines. We stand behind the quality of our kittens with a 1 year health guarantee that covers the following conditions:

• Heart defects (scale 4 or higher)
• Organ dysfunction
• Genetic defects
• Life-threatening defects
• Canine distemper
• Canine coronavirus

How to Make a Claim

If your kitten develops an untreatable, life-threatening condition or passes away due to a heart, organ, or genetic defect, please follow these steps:

Veterinary Documentation: Provide an official veterinary report stating the diagnosis or cause of death.

Proof of Loss: Include a clear photograph of the kitten.

Authorization: Grant us permission to speak directly with your veterinarian for verification.

For claims related to Canine Distemper or Canine Coronavirus, your veterinarian must report symptoms within 15 days of receiving your kitten (the incubation period) for the claim to qualify under our health guarantee.

Exclusions

Our health guarantee does not cover conditions that are treatable or considered minor, including:

• Luxating patella
• Hernias
• Open fontanel
• Parasites
• Blood sugar issues (Hypoglycemia)

Important Notes

Feeding: Proper nutrition is essential to prevent Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar).

Parasites: All our kittens are treated before adoption, but since parasites are common and easily managed, they are not covered by the guarantee.

Veterinary Expenses: We do not reimburse vet bills. However, we may replace your kitten under reasonable circumstances if the condition meets our guarantee criteria.
